BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

We want to help build a strong local business community.
Have you noticed that customer service isn’t what it used to be?

Are you tired of customer service being available only through an 800 number, and then handled by someone who can hardly speak English?

Are you concerned about credit card security when you order products online?

Have you ever visited an out-of-town chain store at the mall and felt like–when you finally found a clerk to help you–they were disinterested and acted like you’re interrupting them?

Well, have we got good news for you! We grew up here. We live here. We have dedicated our professional lives to printing and the new technologies available.

You don’t have to use an 800 number to call us because we’re a locally owned business. We’d be happy to accept your credit card for payment, and your transactions here are 100% secure. Oh, and by the way, you’re not an interruption of our work; you’re the purpose of our work. In fact, we love it when you call us or stop in to visit our plant in Essex where everything in produced in house. Every single customer is important to us. Here, you’re not a number. You’re a real person with a name. We are truly grateful when you give us the chance to be a business partner and your printer. We want you to know that it’s totally okay to have high expectations for customer service when you work with us.

Company History

CCPRESS.NET opened for business in 1980 as C & C Press Custom Printing. Back then Ben Woodworth was going to college and his dad Robert Woodworth was pastor of Christ & Country Church in Baltimore. (See the C and C?) Ben was going to school during the day and working all night in the basement running a small press printing for churches and a brand new group in Washington, the Heritage Foundation.

C&C Press (as it was then known) was originally located in Parkville, MD. The company later moved to 7110 Golden Ring Road in Essex where it has doubled in size while there.

Soon, Ben and Patti decided to change its name. Patti left the corporate world and while raising twin boys was running the business more efficiently and was growing the business faster than Ben could keep the presses rolling. It was the dawn of the internet and search engines drove the name change to CCPRESS.NET.

Under Patti’s leadership, CCPRESS.NET became the fastest-growing printing firm online in the state of Maryland during the 1990s. Most of our success and notoriety was a direct result of our superfast turnaround.

The marriage (literally) of Ben and Patti’s talents were realized with the success of printing finding good clients. Patti’s attention to detail and ‘no-nonsense get the job done quickly’, blended with Ben’s printing knowledge of technology and people to make those projects run like clockwork. Patti still answers the phone today and Ben still delivers most projects locally to ensure you are dealing directly with ownership, not a clerk.

We invite you to consider using our printing firm the next time your company needs printing. There’s a reason why we averaged almost 10 new business customers every month for the last 27 years, and we would love the opportunity to demonstrate that for you on your next printing order. You see, we do things very differently than the other printers in our community, and we believe we can provide the best all-around experience for you if you’ll give us a try.

If you would like to talk to one of our customer service representatives, please call 410-574-0780. We would be happy to discuss how we can help your business succeed and prosper. Talk to Patti, the president, when you call.
